Pickup and Delivery Expectations

We will not deliver:

items with a total weight over 20 pounds or that must be carried with more than two hands

Any items of an illegal or dangerus nature

Court summonses

 

We might deliver:

Cash provided it is short-distance, safe, secure and insured

 

We guarantee:

​Your delivery will arrive in 3 hours or less or at or before the time required

The delivery willsafely arrive intact

The item(s) will be given only to the person(s) you designate

Expresser ID

All Expressers wear company insignia and carry company-issued identification as well as personal identification (driver license, passport, student ID, etc.). 

 

Scheduling

All deliveries are scheduled Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Afte-hours delivery is available at a higher hourly rate.
